4.2 POPKON participants

Those who join the POPKON ecosystem can participate in the decision-making process through the DAO. It is no more platform and creators oriented, anyone can engage in making and sponsoring contents. And consumers also receive fair share of earning in proportion of one’s contribution to the ecosystem. The circulation of tokens is not unilateral in the ecosystem so that everyone can take part in the process which tokens are inflowed and circulated.
