4.2.3 Content promoter

Content promoter can plan and upload own content plans on the platform and secure financing or lend content creative capacity. If an ecosystem participant like the content promoter’s plan, she/he can support it with the POPK Tokens. Creators themselves can apply to the content planning to join in.

When the content creation project successfully ends with funding, the funding will be fairly distributed among all the participants.
